Program Premier Home Care, Inc. offers a program for those individuals with obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). The program is initiated with all sleep therapy set ups. Educational materials and customer support services are provided for a better understanding of diagnosis and therapy. Continued follow up with the patient and physician will better ensure patient compliance along with routine replacement of interfaces and supplies.
Program Components:

Education on disease process, prescribed therapies/medications and equipment management.
- Home visits by licensed Healthcare Professional
- Assessment of Living Situations, environment, etc.
- Respiratory Assessment with Oximetry Screening.
- Follow up reporting to your physician
